In an agreed-to question and answer to the new National Agreement, the Carrier committed to provide a detailed report of the calculations used to determine back pay amounts upon request.

The Carrier now advises that each employee will have access to a separate 816 report as soon as the calculations are complete.

It will not be necessary for employees to submit a request.
