The Carrier reports that Productivity Fund checks for the 2007-2008 fund year were distributed on December 16, 2008. Based on our calculations, the former Frisco funds this year totaled $6,052,865.21, and there were 305 protected employees who received checks. Of those 305, 112 employees had offsets for the 1/3 earnings maximum, totaling $1,146,718.53 in offsets. Thus, the net amount actually distributed was $4,906,146.68. Those 305 protected employees had a total of 54,174 shares, for an overall average share value of $90.56. The overall average check this year was $16,085.73.
