As provided in Article VI, Section 1 of the August 20, 2002 National Agreement, entry rates for current employees are eliminated effective July 1, 2004. We have verified with BNSF's TY&E Compensation Systems that the necessary programming is in place, and they anticipate no problems in implementing this change.
