The Carrier advises that Productivity Fund checks were processed on December 15, 2003. Based on our calculations, the former Frisco districts this year totaled $4,833,355.98, and there were 555 protected employees who received checks. Forty-four employees had offsets for the 1/3 earnings maximum, totaling $154,074.57 in offsets. Thus, the net amount actually distributed was $4,643,531.75. Those 555 protected employees had a total of 92,890 shares, for an overall average share value of $49.9896. The overall average check this year was $8,366.73.
