We recently learned that some of our members serving in the military may not be aware of the benefits available under BNSF's Military Leave Policy. That policy currently provides for "make whole" compensation between the employee's average BNSF earnings and the salary paid by the military. Additionally, employees called to active service will have their health benefits continued uninterrupted.

To inquire about benefits employees should contact their immediate local BNSF supervisor or Human Resources Manager.
