As an update to my advice of September 4, 2002, we have been advised that BNSF's TY&E Compensation Systems (Timekeeping) now plans to process payment of the 4% retroactive (to July 1, 2002) pay increase in the last half October payroll period 20. Initially, BNSF had indicated that it may take two payroll periods to input all of those payments, but it is now expected that the entire project will be accomplished in one payroll period.
