Please keep in mind that the actual proposal that will be distributed for membership ratification may be slightly different from this document if changes in agreement language are necessary to clarify the intent of the Parties after national questions and answers are formatted. Those questions and answers will also become part of the agreement proposal and will be distributed with the final document for ratification.
