The officers and staff of your General Committee of Adjustment wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season. Based on studies by the SOFA group, December and January are historically the highest months of the year for almost all categories of injuries and fatalities on the nation's railroads. Please remember to be careful out there. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our 67 Local Chairmen and their families for the hard work and sacrifices they make for our members throughout the year, and we look forward to working with our newly-elected officers in 2003.
