UTU International Vice President Carl Vahldick has asked for our participation in an FRA survey regarding the quality of crew transportation services used by railroad operating crews. The survey was designed by a consulting firm headed by former BLE Vice President Bill Keppen. Responses are confidential, and FRA will use the information to assess the potential impact of these services on crew fatigue and railroad safety.
