The Carrier plans to continue Computer Based Training and testing for GCOR examinations for 2001. The only significant change from the 2000 CBT program will be that the mandatory date for completion of the test will be the employee's birthday instead of the first day back from vacation. Employees with birthdays in January will have a deadline date one month later to complete the exam. Employees may elect to complete the testing at their own convenience before their birthday deadline, and will be paid $200.00 for such voluntary, early completion.
